Picking up the pieces

On February 26th, 2020 volunteers from our last playground build at St Ignatius Roman Catholic School in Belize City flew home from Belize and returned to... a changed world. It still feels like yesterday.

Exactly 20 months have passed, and it's time get back to work.

This past Sunday, on a glorious sunny fall day, volunteers from Rotary clubs across the Edmonton area, along with Strathcona Rotaract, got together at the Emmanuel Foundation's storage lot at a farm near Ardrossan and packed 3 (THREE!) playgrounds into a container that's now bound for Belize.

We will rebuild!
